BTEC has a community based volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible to oversee the operations of the organization in the best interests of the participants. The board is guided by the Constitution, Board policy and the contractual requirements with the Ministry of Social Services.
Directors are responsible for ensuring financial accountability, guiding the organization strategically, creating policy in the best interests of the participants and providing feedback and guidance to the Executive Director.
